Tradition has it that on St Valentines Day you present the one you love with a card and or gift - many of these feature a heart often red but not always.
I am not going to go into the history of Valentines Day here, today, may be that will be a post for another day.
As Valentines day is less than three weeks away now, Today I am going to show you some of the hearts I currently have available on my shop, which will give you time to take a look and consider carefully before hopefully buying!.
My beady hearts come as cards, decorations and jewellery so there are plenty of options to consider.
Firstly cards
My handmade paper heart cards are simply made with ink patterned hearts and a small bead attached . The cards are blank so you can write your own special Valentines message , they are also small too, so perfect if you like to celebrate Valentines Day in an understated way.

The necklaces are simple glass hearts by Swarovski on silver plate snake chains.
I also have these crystal heart necklaces available without the card if you prefer. They come in a range of colours and sizes and you have the choice of two chain lengths too. Please be aware that I have limited stock of these hearts available
A Valentines gift doesn't have to be jewellery - it is totally possible that the Love of your life may not be a heart necklace type of person, which is perfectly okay - not everyone is!
If this is the case you may prefer to give a heart that can be kept forever as a decoration instead. In which case please also take a look at my handmade hanging hearts made with wire, sari silk ribbon and glass beads, each one is unique as I never make identical hearts.
Of course none of these items are solely reserved for Valentines Day, they are ideal gifts or treats any time of the year.
